To be an internationally acclaimed open access event for artists of all art forms.
This will be achieved through encouraging participation by artists, presenters and audiences and nurturing and stimulating innovative and leading edge art forms.
We shall aim to increase patronage to the event by local, interstate and international audiences and continue to stimulate growth in economic and social well being and be a major contribution to the cultural life of South Australia.
