In 2011, Adelaide Fringe will take place from Friday 18 February – Sunday 13 March with annual partnerships offered inclusive from 1 July 2010 – 30 June 2011 including all associated events within this term. Longer term partnerships are also available.
Examples of events that may fall within this term include:
- A launch event of the annual poster image
- A preview event for the Fringe Guide program
- A VIP function on the Opening Night, including VIP viewing of the Street Parade
- Exclusive event invitations to a variety of money can’t buy Fringe experiences, and
- Various invitations to networking lunch and dinner events
Key Dates within your sponsorship calendar include:
- July 2010 – Venue registrations open
- August/September 2010 – Artist registrations open
- October/ November 2010 – Launch of the annual poster image
- January 2011 – Fringe Guide distributed and FringeTIX go on sale
- 18 February – 13 March 2011 – Adelaide Fringe 2011, various events
- Monthly networking lunch and dinner invitations
Other Opportunities:
- Branding opportunities in print collateral in the lead up to and during the event
- Concentrated branding or communication of a corporate message through alignment with a specific program targeting a demographic
- Opportunities for a presence at large outdoor celebrations, attended by over 80,000 patrons
- Additional hospitality provisions for staff incentive/client hosting
- Access to Fringe artists for your own events
