Director and CEO
Heather first worked at the Fringe in the Star Club in the early 1990’s and also ran the film event, Shoot The Fringe from 1992 to 2002. After a decade away from Adelaide running a festival in the UK, Heather returned to take up the role of Director and CEO in 2015. She has a passion for rollerskating.
Julianne started with Adelaide Fringe in June 2015. She oversees all Fringe produced events such as Opening Night Parade, Honey Pot and Desert Fringe. By night she can be found spinning vinyl with Adelaide Fringe Director Heather Croall as the DJ duo Hevski and Jules or giving out love advice as love psychic, Madame Ivana.
Head of Marketing and Business Development
Belinda joined Fringe in May 2010. Overseeing the departments of Media, Marketing and Business Development. Belinda loves nothing more than a new, creative and exciting idea that can be explored, fine-tuned and unleashed, then when it all comes together, glass of wine in hand and hitting the Fringe Club dance floor.
Mirella first joined the Adelaide Fringe in 2002. Mirella keeps the tight ship running and is always working hard to make sure artists are paid super promptly at the end of their season.
Head of Operations
Tess first started at the Fringe in July 2012. Her role is diverse with responsibilities ranging from Managing the office and digital systems to overseeing the roll out of FringeTIX during the festival and anything else that may come up in a very busy office!
Hugh Covill joined the Adelaide Fringe team as Production Manager in 2009. Production (aka the Glitter & Sparkle Dept.) organise all the behind the scenes “smoke and mirrors” that ensure the Festival’s WOW. In his spare moments Hugh continues to skate hard – a regular @ at the West Beach Bowl.
Artist & Venues Manger
Carin joined Fringe in 2008 in the Artist & Venues Team before spending 2011 to 2013 helping create magic moments in the Fringe Club. Drawn back to her beginnings, Carin took up the role of Artist & Venues Manger in 2013 and has since been supporting Artists and Venues with their Fringe dreams.
FringeTIX Ticketing Manager
Ella came on board as a Box Office staff member at Adelaide Fringe in 2013, a Ticketing Coordinator in 2014 and finally taking on the mammoth role of all things Tickets (FringeTIX Manager) for the 2015 Fringe. Ella has also worked at Edinburgh Fringe and is a lover of comedy, ticketing stats, riding her bike to work and diet coke.
Kirilea has been working for Adelaide Fringe since October 2012 and stepped up to take the Partnerships Manager role in 2014. Prior to this she completed a Masters in Advertising in the UK, and has worked at Nova 91.9 / FIVEaa. She cries every time Andy gives Woody away at the end of Toy Story 3. Kirilea loves working with partners to make them have an amazing time during the magical month of Fringe.

YEP! And Special Projects Officer
Aida first worked for Adelaide Fringe in 2010 in seasonal roles and has recently joined the team full time to work on the education program and other special proejcts.
Amanda has worked in the Adelaide Arts Industry since 2007 – at the Adelaide Festival, Adelaide Festival Centre and Adelaide Fringe. Amanda recently had a baby (‘aka – the ‘Third Wheel(er)’) and has returned her Adelaide Fringe family part time.
Amy started with Adelaide Fringe in September 2014. Before becoming the Hospitality Coordinator she worked as an event coordinator in the hotel industry. Now Amy is known for running hospitality events in the Fringe Club and saying she’ll go to the gym tonight, but then cancelling to have burgers for dinner instead. Amy works best after 10am with a coffee in hand.
Assistant Ticketing Manager
Benn has a degree in Communications and a grad dip in Education. Before working at Fringe he has worked as an Assistant Director in TV, an anti-littering consultant, a goal umpire and a teacher. He started at Fringe in 2013 as a box office supervisor, and has worked various roles in the ticketing department before gaining the newly created role of Assistant Ticketing Manager. Unfortunately, he barracks for Essendon.
Joining the Adelaide Fringe family in 2010, Dearna started in a seasonal role as a program assistant and has now moved into the full time position of Assistant Producer. Working across various produced events, Dearna loves bringing a little glitter and sparkle to the festival months. Dearna thoroughly enjoys cracking an excel conundrum, coffee and boogieing down to funk music.
Gen studied Journalism at UniSA before deciding that digital and social media marketing was her calling. She joined the Fringe team as a Marketing Coordinator in 2013 and is the go to girl for all things digital (including online shopping). Contrary to popular belief, she doesn’t actually spend all day on Facebook, it’s only about half the day.
Administration Coordinator and Receptionist
Izzy started working at Adelaide Fringe in 2014 as the Administration Coordinator and Receptionist. She is the happy voice you hear when you call, and the funny response you get when you email. She loves her dog Luna, a laugh, and a good coffee.
TREv (Tickets Reviews Events) Coordinator
After working as the Fringe Benefits Assistant in 2013, Jacquie returned to Fringe in 2014 to head up the program under its new name, TREv. She spends her days researching Adelaide’s best arts and culture, wrangling sweet discounts for TREv members and stockpiling reaction GIFs for future use. ‘To the Moon and Back’ by Savage Garden is her go-to karaoke song.
Executive Assistant to the Director & CEO
Jemma first started at Adelaide Fringe in 2011 as a casual in the Rundle Mall Box Office and is now working as the Executive Assistant to the Director & CEO. Jemma likes shopping, sausage dogs and donuts.
Artist & Venues Coordinator
Monica joined Fringe in 2011; first coordinating the Youth Engagement Program then juggling a multitude of international artist visas. Now, the Artist & Venues Coordinator. Monica rides a bicycle and occasionally finds herself eating cake at odd times of the day, despite not being a cake person.
Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
Rosie started working at Adelaide Fringe in 2013 as the Marketing Assistant, and in 2014 she was the Media Ticketing Coordinator and has since then been full-time as the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator. Rosie is a great lover of the arts but strangely, she has an irrational fear of balloons – their capacity to explode at any moment fills her with fear. (ditto fireworks. party poppers. champagne bottles.)
Fresh off the boat from the UK. Nick studied Sculpture in the Steel City (Sheffield). Member of the infamous World Of Twist. Founded the award winning design company The Designers Republic. He was head artist for the Sony Leeds Studio working on multiple games including the BAFTA winning ‘Wip3out’. He is now very excited to be working in the warm climate of the Southern Hemisphere and designing for the best festival in the World! He is most at home on the dancefloor.
