Relevant permissions regarding copyright and intellectual property must be obtained.
Adelaide Fringe Inc. fully subscribes to the principles of copyright and intellectual property as they apply under Australian law. Registered artists are obliged to obtain written permission from the owners, copyright holders or originator(s) of any material that they use, and pay any relevant fees.
The Australian Copyright Council is an independent not for profit organisation that provides advice and training about copyright in Australia.
