FringeTIX

One of the main services available to artists is ticketing and web event information through our FringeTIX ticketing service and website.

Each event, regardless of whether it is ticketed or free, will have its own event page at www.adelaidefringe.com.au. The information that ends up on these pages is exactly what you enter into the Fringe Event Registration System. The FringeTIX and FERS are linked dynamically, so any changes that happen in FERS automatically appear on FringeTIX seconds later. Nifty huh? The Artist Services Team will help you keep your events up to date during the Fringe.

What are the booking fees and charges to artists?
The Fringe charges a small booking fee (called an 'inside charge') for each ticket sold through FringeTIX, whether online, on the phone or over the counter. The ticket buyer also pays a small service fee (the 'outside charge') for each ticket sold. More information regarding fees and charges is available once you register in the Artist Resource Section in FERS. In this section you will also be able to download The Artists' Guide to FringeTIX, a comprehensive guide to ticketing, including setting ticket prices and settlement.

Ticket prices and price categories, such as concession and children's prices, is at the artists discretion. You may like to consider offering a Fringe Benefits price, to attract the 18-30 audience. In the lead up to and during the Fringe, artists also have the opportunity to offer special ticket offers such as $10 rush deals.

Where will FringeTIX be located?
The address and phone number will be available later in the year. Contact information will be posted on this page, and will also be sent via the Artist Bulletins.
