By registering an event or exhibition at Adelaide Fringe, you will have access to a variety of opportunities, initiatives and support services. These include:

FringeTIX

FringeTIX is the ticketing service run and owned by Adelaide Fringe. The booking fees charged go towards the many services that are provided for artists and towards promoting Adelaide Fringe. It is where customers purchase tickets to all Fringe events and artists can monitor their ticket sales. Tickets are sold through FringeTIX box office outlets throughout the city and suburbs, online at adelaidefringe.com.au and via phone at 1300 FRINGE.
Over 360 000 tickets were sold for artists through FringeTIX in 2012.

Fringe in the Mall

Situated in the heart of Rundle Mall, the city’s premier shopping strip, the Fringe Caravan is the place for artists to publicly showcase and promote their events.

Adelaide Fringe Awards

The Adelaide Fringe Awards, determined by a panel of arts industry professionals, celebrate risk taking, innovation, awesome creative collaborations, unique audience experiences, artistic excellence and originality.

Youth Engagement Program

The Youth Engagement Program (YEP) promotes Fringe events to schools and youth community organisations. The dedicated YEP Coordinator helps teachers to navigate their way through school friendly event choices and provides a booking service to assist artists in building their younger audiences.

Fringe Club

The Fringe Club is an exclusive haven for artists and arts industry folk to relax before, after or in between their shows, network with other artists and industry folk, catch up on what’s going on and what to go and see. Naturally air-conditioned by gentle breezes under a canopy of stars in Adelaide’s beautiful park lands, its the place to grab a beer and a bite to eat.

Artist Bureau

Open every day of the Fringe, the Artist Bureau is a welcoming environment for artists to access information and advice for their Fringe season. Home to the Artist Services team, who are happy to assist artists in any way they can, the Artist Bureau offers free wi-fi internet access, photocopying facilities, ticketing services, networking opportunities and a busy artist notice board.

Artist Bags & Artist Passes

Each production company receives a complimentary souvenir Artist Bag per event, which is a goody-filled memento of your Fringe experience. Artists each receive an Artist Pass, which can be used to access discounts on events, merchandise, retail and dining for the duration of Fringe.

International Artist Support

Adelaide Fringe liaises with international artists and the Department of Immigration to organise artist’s Entertainment Visas enabling them to be able to perform in Adelaide. The Artist Services team also provide accommodation and travel advice.

Fringe Parade

The Fringe Parade is a hugely popular, iconic event that celebrates the opening of the festival and attracts thousands of spectators. All Fringe artists and venues are welcome to participate. It is not only great fun to be in but is an opportunity for artists to be seen and get people talking about their Fringe event or venue.

TalkFringe

BankSA run the TalkFringe.com website and all Fringe events are represented on the site. TalkFringe.com is where audiences can post reviews and find out what people are saying about Adelaide Fringe events.

BankSA Support Act

Adelaide Fringe’s Principal Partner, BankSA, runs the popular Support Act program to help put ‘bums on seats’. If selected, BankSA will subsidise the purchase of tickets, ensuring that you get the full price, and the customer only pays $10* = win-win! Artists are also profiled through an extensive print, radio and television advertising campaign run by BankSA.

Honey Pot

Honey Pot is designed to facilitate the building of long term genuine relationships between Fringe participating artists and arts industry professionals to create opportunities for works to have a life beyond Adelaide Fringe. Adelaide Fringe is a huge opportunity for producers, presenters and programmers to see the hottest and freshest work in the southern hemisphere.

Fringe Benefits

Fringe Benefits is a free membership scheme for culture savvy 18-30 year olds. Adelaide Fringe registered artists can offer a Fringe Benefits discounted price to access over 16 000 members and also have the opportunity to promote their show through dedicated integrated marketing: emails, SMS blasts, reviews and give-aways.

Fringe Benefits also has a team of reviewers who are available to attend your show and post reviews onto the Fringe Benefits website and social media profiles.
