The Adelaide Fringe is the biggest party in town, attracting an audience of over 2.1 million people every year. The electric atmosphere of the Fringe permeates every corner of the city and we are inviting all Adelaide businesses to get involved and realise the benefits of being a part of the largest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere.
We believe that the Fringe is a festival that can benefit all venues, permanent and popup alike.
In support of local business, Adelaide Fringe has some initiatives which will help existing businesses to make the most of the festival season.
Fringe Dollars (F$) is a fun promotion that playfully engages Adelaide Fringe-lovers in the lead-up to, and throughout the month of the Fringe.
The key objective is to invite audiences into venues to take advantage of a special offer - and you don't need to be a registered Adelaide Fringe venue!
By offering amazing deals in return for Fringe Dollars, we hope to encourage audiences to explore all the corners of the city, discover new places and get a taste for what Adelaide has to offer.
Anyone can offer Fringe Dollar deals – and the better the deal, the more likely you are to attract an audience.
And don’t forget to think creatively - this is a fun campaign, not just another discount.

Bars, Pubs & Clubs Guide
Adelaide Fringe aims to highlight the many bars, pubs and clubs across the city to both local and interstate Fringe goers. Adelaide Fringe is producing a bars, pubs & clubs guide for visitors to Adelaide. The guide will include a map to help people find your venue and details about your pub or club. The Fringe edition of the bars, pubs & clubs guide will be distributed at Fringe Box Offices and at bars, pubs and clubs throughout Adelaide. It will also be available online.
Adelaide Fringe will be enabling and promoting Street Parties on the opening night of Fringe and all bricks and mortar venues can be a part of it. We encourage traders to work together to make the most diverse street party night Adelaide has ever seen! On opening night, we want people to go see Fringe shows and go to a street party and we'll be promoting these activities heavily.
Worldwide Tourist Campaign
The city of Adelaide comes alive during festival season and we want to attract more tourists than ever before. Adelaide Fringe is inviting over 400 interstate and international media to visit Adelaide during the Fringe. Adelaide Fringe is also developing an interstate and worldwide tourist campaign to attract more tourists to come to Adelaide for the Fringe and also to your venues.

Street Art Explosion
In 2016, Adelaide Fringe created the Street Art Explosion by transforming unused spaces & walls into living canvases of beautiful artwork with 19 commissioned artworks. We also created a Street Art Explosion map, which not only featured the 19 commissioned works, but also existing street artworks all over Adelaide.
Street Art Explosion will be back in 2017 with more new artworks and more additions to our Street Art Explosion map.
