Michelle is a Canadian stand-up comedian who unexpectedly fell into the world of comedy. She went to university and worked full-time, then one day she was brought into the lunch room and laid-off. The company was closing, and she was out of a job! She thought, if you can be disappointed being practical, why not struggle at doing something you love? She used her severance package to try a new challenge, and that lead her to Second City, where she enjoyed the freedom of the stage, and found her calling!

Michelle Christine began her career in Toronto, Ontario, after years of being unfulfilled in the 9-5 world. She started out by doing over 300 shows a year, as at 25, she finally found her true passion. Over the next fives years Michelle has appeared on MTV, been nominated, and won awards for her shows, and performed in the Edinburgh, Melbourne, Perth and Hollywood Fringe Festivals.
Michelle enjoys a challenge, and found travelling and performing in new places a welcome addition to her life. Some of her favourite cities to perform in include London, Wellington and Los Angeles.
Michelle has a playful spirit and enjoys doing themed shows like the Price is Right, Survivor or Zelda, and performs in fun costumes. Her mantra is for patrons to leave a show feeling better than when they came!
