An exotic place of longing, the world's poorhouse, an area of conflict. Our image of Africa is ambivalent and often dominated by cliches.

Here to challenge perceptions, five exceptionally talented Kenyan artists will transform Eliza Street with inspiring and thought provoking street art, to be launched with a festival showcasing African music, cuisine, art and culture.

Join us as we transform a city laneway into a buzzing and vibrant African bizarre. Street food, beverages, market stalls, beats and mandazi await, and don't forget your dancing shoes!
