I run my family's restaurant in port Adelaide called Carmine and Co. It's a family business that has been around for over 48 years. I am now looking to improve this business and I believe being apart of the fringe would be great for Port Adelaide and our business. Our new location which was built 1 year ago offers the perfect setting for small gigs such as stand up comedy, live music and cabaret. I have a team of people at my disposal such as event coordinators and a reputable team that works with in the event business that will Assist me to put on a fantastic show. I believe that my team has and I have the vision to hold a range of shows that people would love to be a part of. This is a new venture for myself but one that hopefully I can be part of for a long time.
