Ever wondered what goes on at those posh piano competitions? Pianist prankster duo Indigo presents the Pianolympics, a tournament like no other! Along with a host of other zany musical sketches featuring rogue Russian virtuosi, toy pianos and classic tunes like The Fart Of The Bumblebee, this show will crack you up whether you're a classical music nut or not!

Presented by classically-trained and silly-minded pianists India Hooi (Adelaide) and Hugo Selles (Spain). If you enjoy genius musical comedians such as Victor Borge and Igudesman & Joo, you'll enjoy this show. If you love celebrating and/or poking fun at the great traditions of classical piano, you'll love this show. If you are a classical music snob, you may or may not find this show mildly entertaining/insulting.

Indigo is a piano/instrumental/vocal duo formed by India Hooi (Adelaide) and Hugo Selles (Spain), who explore diverse genres of music from classical and jazz to improvisation and comedy. Both musicians are classically-trained pianists who have performed throughout Europe and Australia, including a successful show at the 2017 Adelaide Fringe, "Indigo's Piano Adventures".

India Hooi is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, audio engineer, collector of unusual instruments and graduate of the Elder Conservatorium of Music, the Royal Danish Academy of Music and the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity. Hugo Selles is a classical, jazz and rock pianist, cross-genre composer and graduate of the Higher School of Music of the Basque Country (Musikene), SAE Institute and the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
