Ticket Types Explained

Ticket Types Explained

Full Price (FP) - The standard ticket price for a performance.

Concession (C) - For many performances, general Concession prices are applicable to full time students, those with a government issued health care card, Seniors Card holders and children 17 years and younger. Proof of status must be presented at the venue. Concession tickets are only valid when accompanied by appropriate identification.

VIP (VIP) - Some events offer A VIP ticket for ultimate fans or those wanting a little more. A VIP ticket type admits you to the event with the benefit of additional extras. VIP benefits vary from artist to artist, but may include either priority entrance, premium seating, an autograph, an exclusive meet and greet or a pre-show party.

Child (Ch) - Children aged between 2 and 12 years of age can purchase a Child's priced ticket.
Children aged between 13 to 17 are considered Concession and all children are considered a Concession if there is no Child's price listed.
Full Price tickets apply to all those 17 and over unless they have a concession card.

Family (FAM) - A Family ticket will admit 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children at a discounted price.

Preview (Prev) - Be the first to see it! Preview prices are available for some performances – the artists get to road-test their work before their official season opens, and you get a cheaper ticket. Win-win right?

Midweek Treat - Offers discounted tickets for Wednesday performances

Group 6+ (Gr 6+) - A group price may be available on selected performances when 6 or more tickets to the same event are purchased in one transaction.

Upon your first purchase you will need to enter the first 6 digits of your BankSA card at checkout for a one-time verification. NB: Discount for BankSA cardholders does not apply to the transaction fee and is only available until price types sell out.

Fringe Members (FM) - Receive 2for1 tickets to selected performances. For Fringe Members the offer is limited to 2 tickets per Fringe Member, up to 5 events. Fringe Fanatic Members can select up to 2 tickets per event, with no limit to how many events you can book for. Buy a membership for only $45 and reap the benefits! There are a limited number of Membership tickets available, so this offer is only available until the price type is sold out.
